So what’s happening when?

Welcome drinks and canapes

We would love to welcome you to join us for drinks and canapes from 2pm where we can show off our traditional chinese wedding garms to you.

There will be a surprise at 2:15pm turn up on time if you don’t want to miss it!

2:00pm

‘i do!’

We’ve done a costume change and ready to walk down the aisle for the western ceremony.

please make your way to your seat at 3:30pm

3:45pm

confetti and group photos

straight after the ceremony, we want to have you join us for a confetti throw and all-guest photo.

4pm

Drinks, canapes and Photos

Drinks reception round II. We’ve got through the important bits without a hitch and welcome you to celebrate with more drinks and canapes.

We’ll welcome group shots with family and friends (listen out if your name is called!) but also take this time to mingle and enjoy the venue.

4:15pm

call to dinner!

Let’s get seated for some delicious food.

5:30pm

speeches and food and cake cut

let’s be honest, this is the bit you’ve been waiting for: the food!

whilst everyone is in one spot, we’ll also cut the cake from the comfort of your seat - watch us wreck the beautiful cake.

5:45pm

mingle mingle

whilst the room is being turned over for the evening reception, please make your way to get more drinks or take this chance to:

  • sign the guest book (with a selfie!)

  • get a dog/cat tattoo (temporary)

  • complete the guest bingo

  • have a go at the crossword

  • grab a drink at the bar (or a hot drink)

  • fill up a goody bag of treats at andy’s tuck shop

8pm

mr and mrs game + First dance

We both have two left feet so this will be hilarious.

8:30pm

Let the Fizz pour and the party start!

Let’s try not to get too messy... Don’t forget to take a selfie for the guestbook!

9:30pm

sparklers send off

before some guests start leaving, we’d love for us to get the sparklers out for a quick photo

10pm

Your carriage awaits

We do recommend you book taxis in advance but it’s also 10 minute walk into town if you can still walk without falling over.
